I received this bluetooth headset yesterday to use with this bluetooth dongle, and the audio quality by itself is just fine, as is the mic quality (for my purposes anyway). The problem is that if I use the mic in any capacity (even being in sound>recording causes this), the audio (what I hear such as music/YT/games) goes to low quality mono, or even cuts out entirely if I'm in a steam game
